When you place an order on this website, you are entering into a contract directly with Ems Flowergirl.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You authorise Ems Flowergirl to process payment for your order

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is prepared for delivery.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are set by Ems Flowergirl.

Prices include the cost of flowers and any applicable local delivery charge unless otherwise stated.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely. Ems Flowergirl is the sole recipient of your payment and the merchant responsible for your order.

4. Flower Availability and Substitutions

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, specific varieties or colours may occasionally be unavailable.

Where necessary, substitutions may be made to ensure the order is fulfilled. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will reflect the original style and colour palette as closely as possible.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. Ems Flowergirl cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Recipient unavailability
• Restricted access to delivery locations

If no one is available to receive the flowers, they may be left in a safe place or re-delivery may be attempted at the florist’s discretion.

6. Cancellations and Amendments

Orders may be amended or cancelled provided sufficient notice is given and the order has not already been prepared.

Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Please contact Ems Flowergirl as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.

7. Quality and Complaints

We take great care to ensure all flowers are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify Ems Flowergirl within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where possible.

Complaints received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

8. Refunds

Refunds or replacements are offered at the discretion of Ems Flowergirl and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

9. Force Majeure

Ems Flowergirl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, or supplier failure.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state in which Ems Flowergirl operates.
